Marko Kaasila

Marko has long senior management experience in high tech. Before co-founding Bitbar, he headed up Solutions Business Unit at Hantro, a mobile video technology company, and served on management board, leading to $50m acquisition by On2 Technologies ltd in 2007. Before that he held various management and leadership roles at Microcell in Finland, China and Hungary. Microcell was bought by Flextronics in 2004. Prior to Microcell, he was a Product Manager at Terra-Mobile/iobox, a mobile internet portal aqcuired by Telefonica Group in 2000.

Marko holds an MBA from Judge Business School at University of Cambridge, UK and an MSc in Engineering from University of Oulu, Finland.

Sakari Rautiainen

Sakari has 11 years of experience in software development. Prior to joining Bitbar, Sakari was involved in the design and implementation of a large scale Web based mobile marketing system for Fonecta.

Before Fonecta, Sakari worked in Silicon Valley for On2 Technologies where he was responsible for the technical support and customer management of major semiconductor clients. During his career he has also held technical positions in large organizations including Nokia.

He has bachelor's degree in computer science from Oulu University of Applied Sciences.

Jouko Kaasila

Jouko has more than ten years of experience in international mobile technology market. He started his career by founding Futuron Wireless Solutions, a company providing technology consultancy services in WAP, SMS and other wireless technologies.

Since then he has held various international technology management and marketing positions at Philips Consumer Electronics, Symbian and Nokia. More recently Mr Kaasila has been a board member at TSG Test Solutions, a quality assurance specialist company.

He holds an MBA from INSEAD and an MSc in Information Processing science from University of Oulu.

Krzysztof Choma

Krzysztof is a strong hands-on IT professional with over 10 years of experience in the field. After graduating from University of Wroclaw with Masters degree in Computer Science in 2004 he worked for Osmosys in Wroclaw where he created proof of concept of Osmosys EGG - innovative UI framework with fast accelerated graphics for Set Top Boxes.

Later at Symbian in London, he led projects for delivering multitouch features to Symbian phones. He also got a patent application accepted by Symbian for filing in UK.

At Nokia in London he worked in a cross-company and cross-site task force devoted to improving graphics performance on latest architecture of software and hardware.
